The Alfred Hotel is managed by its sister hotel, The Heritage Hotel. As such all Alferd Hotel guests will check-in at the reception of the Heritage hotel. You will find the Heritage reception a few doors down from the Alfred Hotel. You will also be able to contact reception at the Heritage via your room phones.
